Re: How can I re-link my desktop app to an existing Dropbox folder?
In the Mac version of "advanced reinstallation" there's no step 11. Is this going to cause problems?

Hi Jared-Harris. The 11th step that’s missing from the advanced reinstall steps for macOS is technically covered by steps 9 and 10 in the instructions, so you should be all set.
