Vault termination. Why did it change?

Why was Vault changed to an Folder does that mean end to end encrypted coming into full effect now   Why was it remove is it means Dropbox is no longer safe or was there Deals with UK to end drop...

Nothing at all to do with the UK Government. 

Dropbox simply decided that part of the product wasnt viable and stopped supporting it.

End to end encryption is only available on certain paid for business plans.
