Very, very low video quality in DropBox Capture. Are there any settings to change that?
I just installed DropBox Capture and the video quality is absolutely terrible. It's like it was compressed down 100x, no text is readable and the audio is very choppy. I cannot find any quality or c...

4 years agoHey bradlymathews, sorry to jump in, but could you locate the Dropbox Capture icon in your taskbar and from there click on the ellipsis button on the upper right corner to access the app's preferences?
Could you try adjusting them to see if that helps improve matters?

Walter, I already tried to find a relevant setting here. It does allow me to change the resolution of the camera if I am doing a Screen Recording + Camera but it has no effect on the output quality. I should probably try a reboot, but have too much open to try right now.

If the reboot doesn't help, the next step would be to reinstall the app bradlymathews

Finally got to testing this after a reboot. No change. Still very low quality as before.
