Dropbox Replay with multiple Premiere Pro sequences.

We've notice an interesting quirk with Replay. When in Premiere (Pr) we often will duplicate sequence. For example:
Video Sequence 01 is edited and then uploaded to Replay via "active sequence" command in the Pr Replay extension and everything works as expected.

Now, We take "Video Sequence 01" and Duplicate it to
"Video Sequence 02" . We then edit that sequence and upload to Replay via "active sequence" command in the Pr Replay extension. This creates a "Video Sequence 02" file on Replay BUT in the extension,  the open "Video Sequence 02" always links to "Video Sequence 01." There appears to be some sort of metadata that get associated with a sequence once it is uploaded and stays with it even if we duplicate that sequence, rename it and repurpose it. Anyone else having a similar issue?
