Group acknowledgement of reading the document via dropbox sign

Hi,

I am curious if Dropbox Sign provides the functionality to share a document with a group of individuals and receive signed acknowledgments indicating that they have read and accepted the document. For instance, this could apply to a new Employment Regulation distributed to all employees, where individual acknowledgments need to be documented and stored in their respective personnel files. I do not want to upload the same document for each employee individually to get the signature.

Thank you

Cze

Thanks for posting on our Community, Go Cze!

If you’d like to have multiple signers for one document, you can check out these steps (you can have up to 20 per signature request).

Let me know if I’ve misunderstood something, though.

    Thank you Nancy,

I grasp the straightforward use of multiple signatures on a single document. My concern is more about how the tool can replicate the request to generate individual documents for each person while utilizing a shared template (in this example Employment regulations.

    Regards,

    Go Cze

Hey Go Cze - sorry to jump in here, but I just wanted to mention you should be able to achieve what you had in mind via the eSignature Templates feature.
