I'm using Chrome in the Incognito Window. Yes, I can try using a different browser. However, there appears to be another issue. According to your account, as a result of trying to fix this issue, it appears we no longer have any more signature requests "available" to try this in another browser. Do you have any other suggestions or how we can redeem the (3) we appear to have lost trying to fix this issue?

2 years agoCurrently, there isn't a way to increase the number of signature requests on our end if the free signatures have been used up.

The issue is they really haven't been used up. When trying to correct this issue, I went back and cancelled each one that was sent. So it never was sent or received, nor was it signed. So, technically, they haven't been used.
