    Hi Julian1234321, Thank you for reaching out to us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear about the hassle both you and your customer are facing.

    From what you've described, the core issue seems to be related to the URL being blocked (specifically a "bixel" link) when the BombBomb extension is active.

    Unfortunately, we can't offer direct support for this issue on the Community as it seems that this is reliant on 3rd party software and so we would not be able to offer proper guidance at this time.

    I would advise that you ask you developers to reach out to us directly so that they can troubleshoot this issue via the correct channels.

    However if you have anymore information or need anything else, please do not hesitate to reach out.
