Invite limits on annual Standard Plan for signers?
Hi, I'm new here and haven't received any response from their support team. I was wondering if anyone has subscribed to the Standard Plan annually? Is there a limit on the number of invites that can ...

Hi Walter,
Could you provide more details on the differences between Dropboxâs plans and Dropbox Sign offerings? My free trial indicates that I can upgrade to the Business Plan for $15, which appears to include unlimited signature requests. This seems more affordable than the Dropbox Sign Standard Plan you previously suggested, with a price difference of $10, yet both offer unlimited signature requests.
Could you clarify the key differences between these plans? Also, for the Business Plan, can we have up to five users?

Just note that the $10 you're seeing is per user on the account and these plans come with a minimum of 3 users at this time.
For more information about the plans and the features they offer, you can take a look at the pages I linked in my first response.

Hi Walter,
I feel that my concerns havenât been properly addressed. Instead of explaining the differences, you simply directed me to a link, and my query remains unanswered, not even by a sales representative.
To clarify, there is no $10 plan (please re-read my previous message). What I mentioned was the $10 difference between the Dropbox Business Plan ($15) and the Dropbox Sign Standard Plan ($25). You recommended the Dropbox Sign Standard Plan, but both plans state they offer Unlimited Sign Requests in their features.
Since I have five users, I would like to understand why you suggested the Dropbox Sign Standard Plan ($25) when the Dropbox Business Plan ($15) appears to offer the same key feature and allows up to three users. What makes the Standard Plan the better option?
As someone working in customer service myself, I always ensure my clients fully understand the products we offer before making a purchase. Simply directing them to a link without explanation wouldnât be sufficient.
We urgently need an e-sign platform, but so far, no one has properly attended to my inquiry. Additionally, your platform lacks a 24/7 chat or hotline, unlike SignNow, making this my only means of communication.
Iâd appreciate a clear explanation so we can make an informed decision.

Dropbox Sign and Dropbox are two different services: The former allows you to set up documents, request eSignatures securely and seamlessly. On the other hand, Dropbox is a cloud storage solution that accommodates productivity and enhances collaboration; however, eSignatures is only an aspect of it.
With the above in mind and taking into consideration that you're looking for an eSignature platform, it would make more sense to go with a Dropbox Sign plan instead of a Dropbox one Damia Amiruddin - that's why I suggested the Dropbox Sign Standard plan.
Now, I believe that the pricing for the Dropbox Sign Standard plan has to do with all the extra settings and features offered here, but if you're not interested in these, you can opt for a Dropbox team plan instead.
When it comes to your previous questions (and sorry I missed them before), take the following into account:
1. You can have up to 20 signers on a doc and you can find more information here.
2. As far as I'm aware, any signer (email) can sign multiple times on docs you send for signature, depending on the fields you've included from your side.
3. Team documents are only accessible by team admins as outlined in this Help Center article.
4. Once the doc is signed, both you (the sender) and the signer will receive an email with the executed version and you can log into your account to manually download it from the website too.
I'll be one post away in case you have any additional questions.
