Re: Plan Change From Business (my company) to personal (plus)
I have had a personal account for awhile. A client recently invited me to their Dropbox Business Account. I accepted and then received a notification that my personal account was receiving a refund. I don't want to be part of this client's Dropbox Business subscription. How can I undo this?

YOU can't. Only the team admin can do it.
By accepting an invitation to join a Business team you merged your account into theirs, making them the owner of your account. When this happens you receive a prorated refund for the time remaining on your account. If this wasn't your intent or you no longer want to be a part of the team, you need to ask the team admin to convert your account back to an individual account. It's very important that they don't just remove you from the team as doing so would delete your account. If that were to happen, they only have seven days to restore the account.
Once your account has been converted back to an individual account, you'll be back on the Basic plan. You'll need to resubscribe to the plan you had previously.
