Phone clone

Hi my phone or phones have been hacked or cloned or something not to sure whatsgoing on as if they are being mirrored  and I need to know how to block it stop it

    well I had searched forums saw where a guy had issues with his phone being hacked and thought someone could help evidently not thank you anyway
