There is a new stable build 147.4.4800 which appears to supersede this latest beta build 147.3.4786.
Any suggestions or info about this?

I am baffled by this also. Looking for clarification on version numbers.
Also, with all the File Provider changes on macOS, will we still be able to relocate the sync folder to an external volume? Internal drives can be small. But a nice larger external array allows us to cache significant content for video workflows. The whole point of the unlimited license was to be able to have a large dataset in the cloud that would sync to an external array allowing full projects to be synced locally.
