Stable Build 150.4.5000

Thanks for using Dropbox! The desktop client is regularly updated with improvements and fixes.
 
Features in this update: 

  • Right-clicking on a Dropbox folder in File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac) will now launch the selected folder in your web browser with an interactive menu to organize content.
  • A new entry point from Backup Setting to the Backup Plan modal.
  • An error will now prompt when you are offline during external drive backup setup.

 
Fixes in this update: 

  • Crashes on macOS 12.3 and above continue to be fixed.
  • Issues causing the Dropbox desktop app to restart unexpectedly in the taskbar have been fixed.
  • Information on sharing folders with a link has been clarified and now has a Learn more link that directs to shared folder FAQs.
  • Prompt that reads “PC” during backup user onboarding has been corrected for Mac users.
  • Issues causing syncing to stick for users backing up FAT32 or exFAT drives on macOS have been corrected.
  • Installation on Windows failing due to “Error 1073741795 (illegal instruction)” has been fixed.
