FWIW, accessing Dropbox.com with Chrome in incognito mode with extensions disabled seems to be one solution.

This build installed automatically on my Windows 11 PC on Sep 27 and ever since then, anything I do with Dropbox, either in the local folder or in a web browser kills my Internet connection until I can restart. Solutions?
