9 years agoWe’ve identified an issue that is preventing the latest version (v31) of the Dropbox desktop application from starting on certain Windows computers.
We’re working on a fix which will be deployed in a new version of the application soon.
When we release this new version it should install automatically on affected computers. However, you may need to restart Dropbox after the update.
We’ll update this thread again with further details once the issue is fully resolved.
