Download Dropbox backup folder to synology

Dropbox backup keeps giving me an error that there are too many zip files when I u to download my root folder. It is a backup of an external hdd which was physically damaged. Since I cannot download ...

Just Dropbox. The only way to interact with the saved backups is through the Dropbox website.
