    Just following up; all is sorted! Thanks again for your gesture, it's much appreciated! I like to think that the month it took for this to be done was an extension of the celebration haha. Month-long party!

    Hi Amy​, it has been 1 week since your message so I was wondering when I will be contacted, since you said you would be in touch "later this week"? I haven't received any emails from dropbox yet.

    Oh wow, I didn't know this was a thing! Thank you, I'm honoured to be recognized as member of the month! And I'm glad my post was appreciated; I always make it a point to come back whenever I find a solution no matter where I post so others who stumble upon my support posts can try the solution that worked for me.
