Hi Graham
I came across Dropbox for more than 10 years ago when I was manager in a small internal IT-shop. I soon found out that Dropbox could help me organize, share and secure all kinds of files I was using - both work relatet an for personal use.
Then about a year ago I realized that something was going on with Dropbox. My Dropbox folder was converted in a way that made it difficult for me to use it. I was uncertain if Dropbox was the right tool for me - now retired -but with a lot of files to keep track of.
Well, I have studied most of the help articles and I am beginning to reconsider my structure and must admit that it is a much better tool today.
By the way - whats the meaning of BooC

I started using Dropbox to streamline file sharing and collaboration for my projects. Its simplicity in syncing across devices and sharing with team members is a huge plus. However, organizing storage, like balancing files against Umac box sizes, could use more clarity—sometimes managing space feels like Tetris! Tips on optimization would be great.
