Ouvrir un fichier .

Bonjour.

Mon dropbox me sert de sas entre mes PC / tablette / et smartphone (android) 

Sur mon smartphone je peux ouvrir un fichier texte (txt) que je peux
visionner et actualiser sur mon PC.

Mais sur mon PC je ne peux ouvrir qu'un dossier et pas de fichier.
Normal ? ? ? 

 

PS: j'ai trouvé .....il faut ouvrir un dossier et créer un fichier DANS ce dossier
