„Kamera-Uploads“ startet nicht automatisch

Hello all,

I'm using Dropbox with my IOS-Device 14.7.1. Camera Upload is on, Background data is on, as well as mobile data. But new photos are only uploaded when I start the Dropbox app. With Onedrive, it runs wonderfully in the background. Why not with Dropbox? Does anyone have any advice for me?

    Can you let me know the version of the Dropbox app on your iPhone? 

    Also, feel free to send me a screenshot of what you see under the Account tab on the app when you click Camera uploads.

    Keep in mind that it's a bit unclear to me what the screenshots say, since they're in English.

    If you wish, I'd be happy switching your communication to our German department, for your convenience. 

    If not, feel free to send me some additional screenshots in English, if you can. 

    Also, have you tried your cellular data, and do you notice the same behavior when you do?
