Abo kündigen über Google Play Store nicht möglich

Nachdem ich mein Dropbox Abo, welches ich über Google Play Store erwarb,  kündigen wollte, wurde mir vom Google Play Store mitgeteilt, dass ich kein Abo besitze. Über Google Play Store ist kein Abo ersichtlich, über Dropbox ist das Abo ersichtlich. Danke für ihre Hilfe.
