change of file extensions in Dropbox

This afternoon suddenly all my files in Dropbox have a changed extension: from .docx to .docx.mamdcpg I can't open this changed files. Please can somebody help me?

Sounds like you've been hit by one of the various cryptolocker viruses. First thing you need to do is clean your system so you don't reinfect your files again. Once the system is clean you can restore your files, assuming they were infected/encrypted within the last 30 days.
