change of file extensions in Dropbox

This afternoon suddenly all my files in Dropbox have a changed extension: from .docx to .docx.mamdcpg I can't open this changed files. Please can somebody help me?

Hallo Jan,

Sollten Sie feststellen, dass es sich bei den veränderten Datein um ein Virus handelt, dann sollten Sie die Verknüpfung mit dem betroffenen Computer aufheben.

Falls Sie eventuell befallene Computer von Ihrem Dropbox Konto trennen möchten, um einen Antivirus Scan effektiver zu machen, folgen Sie bitte dieser Anleitung:
