Dateien lassen sich nicht oeffnen

    Hallo Josef,

    vielen Dank für Ihre Nachricht. Könnten Sie etwas genauer beschreiben, was da passiert? Z.B.:

    • Verwenden Sie die Dropbox Android App oder rufen Sie https://www.dropbox.com/ im mobilen Browser auf?
    • Können Sie gar keine Dateien öffnen oder nur spezielle Dateien nicht?
    • Falls letzteres, um welchen Dateityp handelt es sich?
    • Erhalten Sie eine Fehlermeldung und wenn ja, welche, wenn Sie versuchen, die Dateien zu öffnen?

    Vielen Dank im Voraus für Ihre Antwort.
