Dateien und Mappen werden nicht mehr angezeigt

Alle Dateien und Mappen werden auf meiner laptop Version seit einigen Tagen nicht mehr angezeigt, obwohl diese auf Telefon und tablet noch sichtbar sind.

    Hallo Juliane,

    verstehe ich richtig, dass Sie auf Ihrem Computer lokal im Dropbox Ordner einige Dateien vermissen, welche Sie online auf https://www.dropbox.com noch sehen können?

    Falls ja, könnten Sie mal nachsehen, ob Dropbox überhaupt läuft auf Ihrem Computer? Falls nicht, würde ich Ihnen eine Neuinstallation vorschlagen. Laden Sie dazu einfach die neuste Version von Dropbox von https://www.dropbox.com/downloading herunter.

    Ich hoffe, das hilft Ihnen weiter.
