Dropbox findet trotz Neuninstallation kein Netz

Meine Dropbox auf dem Hauptrechner verbindet sich seit ein paar Tagen nicht mehr mit dem Netz und synchronisiert damit auch nicht mehr. Habe sie einmal neu installiert . Kann mich jetzt nicht mehr anmelden (Fehelrmeldung 189.4.5684). Bekomme (obwohl Internetverbindung steht) Fehler "Keine Internetverbindung. Ihr Computer ist offline. Prüfen Sie bitte die Netzwerkeinstellugen"  Weiss jemand was ich tun kann?
