Empfänger können Link zu Datei nicht öffnen

Versende ich einen Link zu einer Datei (per eMail), können die Empfänger die Datei nicht öffnen. Das gilt für JPG- und ZIP-Dateien. Mit anderen habe ich es noch nicht versucht. Was bitte kann ich tun?
