Fehler beim Download

Wenn ich hochgeladene Filme einfach wieder downladen möchte sagt mir immer eine Fehlermeldung : Die Datei hat Eigenschaften die nicht an den neuen Ort kopiert werden können. Ich muss immer erst das Bild öffnen, eine Kopie erstellen und diese Kopie dann bei mir speichern.

Bei hochgeladenen Filmen ist es noch schlimmer. Will ich die auf einen Stick runterladen kommt auch diese Fehlermeldung und ich kann mir die Datei auf dem Stick dann nicht angucken. Mit keinem Player.

Wo liegt der Fehler???
