Gruppen Ordner: Über neu abgelegte Dateien informieren

Guten Tag.
auf Ordner über die ich der Inhaber und Administrator bin, würde ich gerne über jede Veränderung informiert werden.
Ebenso möchte ich der Gruppe, oder einzelne Personen (frei zu entscheiden) automatisch informieren, sobald eine neue Datei abgelegt wurde.
Ist diese Möglichkeit schon gegeben?
