    Hallo,


    ich weiß nicht, wie ich in den direkten Support komme. Der Bot funktioniert bei mir irgendwie nicht und ich finde keine Mail-Adressen oder andere Möglichkeiten. Möglicherweise hängt das ja damit zusammen, dass was mit meinen Dropbox Plus falsch ist.

    Hallo,

    ich habe nochmal nachgeschaut, ich habe wirklich nur die Möglichkeiten Chatbot und Community. Mail-Support oder Live-Chat werden mit nicht angezeigt. Vermutlicherweise genau wegen diesem Problem, dass Dropbox Plus auf eine andere Mail-Adresse eingerichtet wurde.

      Dropbox sagt, dass ich kein Plus hätte, aber trotzdem 2TB Speicherplatz.

      Trotzdem bucht Dropbox monatlich fleißig die Kosten für das Plus-Paket ab.
