Import von Bildern vom Iphone auf WIN Laptop funktioniert nicht – iPhone gesperrt

Manchmal erhalte ich beim Anschließen des Iphones über USB an das Laptop die Meldung "dropbox konnte keine fotos importieren weil apple iphone möglicherweise gesperrt ist" obwohl das Iphone entsperrt...

das selbe Problem habe ich auch.
Den Tip benutze ich seit Monaten.
Leider stellt Windows die Einstellung nach jedem Sync mit Dropbox um.
Inzwischen hilft das auch nicht mehr.
Ich schließe das iPhone an, die Abfrage kommt, ich wähle mit Dropbox syncen, danach nichts....!

Notebook mit Windows 8 - alle Updates aktuell
iPhone 5s - alle Updates aktuell

Bei mir hilft nur: Import-Einstellungen in Dropbox umstellen (direkt, abfrage, gar nicht - von was auf was auch immer), ggf. Rechner neustarten, Iphone neustarten. Irgendwann gehts dann plötzlich wieder.

    bei mir klappt das nicht.
    Seit mehreren Tagen, unter Berücksichtigung aller Tips, klappt kein import der Bilder vom iPhone in die Dropbox.
    Es passiert einfach nichts!
    :-(

      Leider funktionieren meine Tricks nun auch nicht mehr. Mit Dropbox bekomme ich meine Fotos nun definitiv nicht mehr vom Iphone. Schade.
