Import von Bildern vom Iphone auf WIN Laptop funktioniert nicht – iPhone gesperrt

Manchmal erhalte ich beim Anschließen des Iphones über USB an das Laptop die Meldung "dropbox konnte keine fotos importieren weil apple iphone möglicherweise gesperrt ist" obwohl das Iphone entsperrt...

das funktioniert leider nicht, eine Lösung für das Problem wäre echt super!

In dieser Diskussion wurden bereits unterschiedliche Punkte besprochen. Könnten Sie bitte näher beschreiben, was in Ihrem Fall genau für ein Problem vorliegt? Gerne auch mit Screenshot zum besseren Verständnis!
