Installationsprogramme starten nicht

Hallo, da ich gezwungen werde den Dropbox-Client zu aktualisieren habe ich den aktuellen Installer (DropboxInstaller.exe) heruntergeladen. Dieser reagiert aber nicht, wenn ich ihn per Doppelklick star...

Ich hatte exakt dasselbe Problem (auf Windows 7, 32bit) und nach einer ausgedehnten Suche und zahllosen Lösungsversuchen hat Christians Fix als einziger funktioniert. Konnte das nur realisieren, weil er so freundlich war, die benötigten Dateien zur Verfügung zu stellen.
