Is lg public cloud able to be viewed by others without my permission?

Can the public view my cloud contents without my permission

    Not sure about LG clouds, but, Dropox is as hidden as the links you make are. if you create lots of links and send out to lots of people then anybody can click on them, if you dont then nobody can.
