Kein Download möglich, was kann ich tun?

Hallo, ich benötige mal euren Support. Ich kann keine Dateien mehr aus der Dropbox auf meinen PC downloaden. Woran liegt das? Es ist einigermaßen dringend und ich hoffe auf eine schnelle Antwort. Danke und Gruß Manja

    wie äußert sich das denn? Sehen Sie z.B. eine Fehlermeldung? Falls ja, könnten Sie diese bitte hier posten?
