Login über App geht nicht

Hallo, ich kann über den Browser einloggen aber nicht mit der App. Die sagt mir immer ich habe das falsches Passwort. Hat jemand eine Idee für mich?

    Versuch mal die App zu deinstallieren und neu zu laden

    Manchmal treten Fehler auf die anders nicht umgangen werden
