Meine Festplatte muss neu formatiert werden. Gehen dabei die Daten auch online verloren?

Wenn ich bei der Formatierung meiner Festplatte Drobbox, und damit auch die Dateien der Dropbox mit meinen anderen Dateien lösche, gehen dabei meine Dateien online durch die Synchronisation verloren?...
