Mein Account wurde aus irgendeinem Grund deaktiviert ich war vor ein paar Tagen drin.. und jetzt gehts nicht mehr was kann ich tun ?

So ich hab jetzt 2 Wochen auf eine Email gewartet und immer noch keine bekommen kann mir hier keiner helfen ich möchte meine DATEN wieder haben!!
