Pdf Datei wird auf Smartphone nicht geöffnet

Hallo, wenn ich Pdf Dateien hochlade und den Link dann versende habe ich folgendes Problem. Wenn man den Link zu der Pdf Datei dann auf dem Smartphone öffnen will kommt "öffnen nicht möglich, Dateien...

Hab ich auch schon. Aber es geht auf keinem Smartphone. Das komische ist, dass es anfangs ging und seir Montag nicht mehr. Ich hab verschiedene apps und in chrome gehts auch nicht

Moira : Könnten Sie bitte einmal probeweise die Dateiendung nochmals neu vergeben? Also „Umbenennen“ wählen und alles bis zum Punkt vor „pdf“ entfernen – bitte tragen Sie dann die Dateiendung nochmals korrekt ein.

 

Sehen Sie eine Änderung?
