Plus abo kündigen?

Hallo ,
Ich würde gerne mein Dropbox Plus Account auf ein ein Basic Account runterstufen ,jedoch wird mir diese Funktion in meinen Einstellungen nicht angezeigt.
Ich bitte um Hilfe.

    dann Einstellungen rechts oben....

    Diese Option wird mir auf der Seite wie auf deinem Bild leider nicht angezeigt. Oder muss ich warten bis der gratismonat vorbei ist ?

    Hallo, ich habe das selbe Problem, allerdings möchte ich das Probeabo kündigen, habe aber auf er WebSite ebenfalls diese Option nicht ... Nur " Konto löschen" .. wenn ich da drauf gehe, kommt die Meldung ich soll es über mein Iphone kündigen. AUch da wird mir aber die Option unter "Abos" nicht angezeigt .. meisten ssteh da eine Meldung in rot " Abo kündigen"...

    Kannst Du hier weiter helfen ?
