Hallo.

Ich habe exact das gleiche Problem unter den gleichen Bedingungen; auch Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit. Scheinbar hat es dieses Problem in den vergangenen Jahren schon öfter gegeben, es gab aber nie eine Lösung!

Vielleicht einfach zu einem anderen Anbieter wechseln, die Hilfestellung des Supports ist hier sehr dürftig.
