Seit Windows 10 laufen die Uploads nicht mehr richtig

Hallo ihr Lieben, ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen. Seitdem ich von Windows 7 auf Windows 10 umgestellt habe kann ich zwar einwandfrei Daten empfangen (Downloaden) aber nur sehr unzureichen Uploade...

Im Moment muss ich den umweg übers Handy gehen. Ich lade die Dateien erst aufs Handy und von da aus Teilen in die Dropbox...so läuft es wie eh und jeh
