Speicherplatz reduzieert

Guten Tag,

nach dem ich einen neuen Rechner [Ventura 13.2.1] aufgesetzt habe und nach dem auf dem neuen Rechner Dropbox installiert wurde hatte ich nur noch 2 GB Speicher, warum?

Ich bin bei Dropbox von Anfang an und hatte mir durch Empfehlungen viele GB erworben, wo sind diese nun?

Freue mich über hilfreiche Antwort.

    Sind Sie sicher, dass Sie sich mit den selben Akkountdaten angemeldete haben?

    Die eMailAdresse als user-Name ist eindeutig!

    2GB ist der Standard-Basis-Akkount.

    So sieht es auf Windows10 mit einem Basic-akkount aus

    und so mit einem Pro und eine TeamAkkount auf MacOSVentura
