Wie kann ich bestimmte Dateitypen ausschliessen?

Ich arbeite gerne in den Dropbox-Verzeichnissen. Einige Programme legen z.B. tmp-Dateien an. Ich möchte nicht, dass diese synchronisiert werden, weil ich geringe Bandbreite habe. Daher meine Frage:...

Laut Hilfe Center aber nur, wenn sie mit ~ (Tilde) beginnen...
Kann man diesen Filter anpassen?

Ich möchte (ähnlich wie Frank S.) folgendes:
Dateien ausschließen, die mit *.log oder *.lock enden.
