Wieso werden meine Ordner nicht angezeigt?

Auf meinem neuem Laptop (Windows 8) werden meine Dropboxordner nicht angezeigt.
Beim Versuch Dropbox zu installieren kommt außerdem die Fehlermeldung, dass keine sichere Verbindung hergestellt werden kann, weil die Systemzeit nicht korrekt sei. Eigentlich ist die angezeigte Zeit aber richtig. Wie kann ich das lösen?
