al bajar de Dropbox los video al tel. bajan sin sonido

hola, al bajar un video al carrete de mi iphone desde Dropbox, baja sin audio, me pasa con muchos videos y he comprobado que dentro de Dropbox, si tienen sonido.   me podeia ayudar?   Gracias
