archivos encriptados

Hola, me entro un virus y tengo todo encriptado, no soy capaz de recupararlos, no aparece ninguna versión anterior-

A mi me paso lo mismo y tenia archivos de mucho valor. 

Por favor como hacemos para recuperar la informacion que perdimo por la falta de seguridad de dropbox?
