Me cambia el formato del archivo cuando lo cargo a drop

Hola buenos dias! si quiero cargar una foto de Whatsapp a Dropbox me cambia el formato y me dice que debo instalar una apppára poder verlo o cargarlo desde la pc, pero si lo cargo desde la PC tampoco me deja.
