No me agregaron el espacio ganado por recomendar un amigo

Hola, buenas noches!

 

Yo recomendé Dropbox a una amiga, la cual lo instaló, y en mi plan dice que gané 500Mb de almacenamiento, pero nunca me lo agregaron esos 500 Mb a mi espacio de dropbox. Debería tener 4,75 Gb de almacenamiento.

Quedo a la espera de su respuesta.
