"No se ha podido eliminar un elemento" NO PERMITE BORRAR UNA CARPETA

Da ese mensaje, y no permite borrar. Sin más explicación. Tengo saturado Dropbox por no poder borrar la carpeta en la que se sincronizaba el escritorio de mi PC.
