Problema con inicio de sesión

Hola buen día, me pueden ayudar a recuperar mi contraseña? Tengo otra cuenta pero no tengo el celular que registre, ni de respaldo y tampoco el código de emergencia :/ no quiero que me eliminen la cuenta, me pueden ayudar?
